Are you using dd-wrt? if not check it out.
I would like to be there, but I can't commit. I think I will be out of town that weekend.

Yeah. My router has DD-WRT built in, but I don't believe my wireless modem supports bridging which is where my problem is coming in.
I'm thinking the answer is to run the modem to the router and use the router for my wireless bridge connecting to a second router (which I have to get still) instead.
At this point it's all theory though, because my spare computer took a dive the other day after a particularly close lightning strike caused my power to flicker and I've only got the one now.
