No ideas for a shooting contest yet?

The cookout is in a week - Doing hotdogs and cubed steaks. Couldn't afford a hog.
I need an accurate count of everyone coming -

I lost track of all the "I might try to make it" ... I really don't want to cook up 25 meals if only 8 people show up. Those of you saying "Maybe" - let me know something soon because I still have to go grocery shopping, and it's going to take around a full day to prepare everything. I need to know FOR CERTAIN by Thursday in order to give myself time to have everything together.
