Garand-Safe loads

Anybody reload for their M1, and know of any good safe loads for it?

I have a recent-ish issue of handloader magazine that has some good info, but if anyone has any experience with this, that would help me.

I think the latest Hornady reloading guide has a page on it, if so can someone scan or take a picture of that for me? I have the next-to-latest hornady book, the lee guide, and the 50th lyman and their isn't anything specific in those that I have found.

EDIT:
In the past I have loaded 150 grain bullets over H4895 staying near the starting load, it cycled just fine, but didn't group as well as PPU Garand ammo
