THE GREATER PART OF LIBERTY IS MINDING YOUR OWN FUCKIN BUSINESS.
Barrys bullets are notorious for shedding the plating, it is very thin.
Their literature says never exceed 1050-1000FPS.
I'd rather be lucky than good, but I'd rather KNOW I'm good than HOPE to get lucky.
They are shitty that's for sure. May experiment some later, but for now Berrys are off any list.

The RMR bullets are working well in 40 and 45. Just gotta keep the charge a little on the light side.

I just shot some Xtreme Bullets' "heavy plated" 180grn flat points in .40. The initial test results are encouraging, but the cost is so close to actual jacketed bullets, I'm not sure it's worth it. I think it was only 15-18 bucks per thousand difference. It would be much greater if the Xtreme folks would give up the shipping costs. That would get my attention.
The RMR bullets have free shipping. Put them over 4gr of titegroup and had good results. The 4.4 grain groups were not as good. Out of a glock 35. Starting to like the pistol too.

When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it--always.
I have a speed/weight floor to meet for my sport, and 4.0 of Titegroup doesn't get me there. I'm running 4.7 in the long loaded rounds for the STI and 4.5 for the Glock 35 KKM barrel.
They do, but it has to be a heck of a percentage to overcome the shipping. I bought my 1,000 rounds to experiment with when they had their free shipping promotion. If this works out, I'm going to save my money until they do it again and then give my mailman a reason to hate me.
Understood. For FMJ it's hard to beat precision deltas pricing. The more you order the cheaper it is. I use them for my 9mm.
Free shipping too.

Got an email, free shipping on bullets from X-Treme.
