There is a rule change proposed that would require any responsible party of a trust to submit fingerprints and photos, and possibly receive CLEO sign off, for NFA items being registered to a trust.what do you mean by that?
You know, to combat the rash of violent crimes committed with NFA items by members of trusts who weren't the person to pick the item up from a dealer, avoiding a background check.
