    Work Bench 95% done.

I needed a work bench to build and work on my firearms and been looking into Pallet furniture. I had a small space in my son room, who is in Tallahassee now, and got some pallets, some left over 4x4s. I wanted to do the whole bench from pallets, but the ones I got, are so well build that I had a hard time braking them apart and was braking the wood I was supouse to use. I decided that instead of wasting all that time trying, just go and get some wood for the top, and since it was going to be inside, I wanted to look "good". I'm not 100% done. I want to add a couple shelfs on the legs, put a door on the storage space and secure the storage, so is not easy to get to the storage braking the peg board. Also, I might put a secret compartment to store a hand gun. Here are the pics.

Baptism of the bench and first project that I will be building. AR10/308 for the scope I bought. I forgot how much ammo and parts I had, and the storage is full, LOL

Turned out good. My only question is why the pallets?

I can get them free, and wanted to use the free wood to lower cost, but it didn't work for the top.

That bench shouldn't move an inch when torquing on a barrel. Looks good!
