The banner piece is a little difficult because it's actually a picture and not just a color setting. I had to modify it to that just so it didn't look really weird. I'm not that good at picture manipulation.
I'll also make it to where you can select the old theme at the bottom of your screen.

I'm Red/Green color blind. It screws up me seeing some of it. White background is better in the notifications posts tab.
