Finally gonna make it to one of these gigs. If I come off I-10 and hit tharpe by the beer plant where do I go from there?

You'll keep on going east on Tharpe past Mission Road. It's about halfway between Mission and Ocala on the left. It's in the same building as the Sunoco gas station. Picture attached below.
