What kind of times are you guys getting with a ALS/SLS combo? I am trying to speed that up.

Evil,
About 8 months ago, recorded at the house with a .9sec par time set. I can consistantly draw from a regular ALS duty holster to full extension. However I was informed that was "simulated" At about the same time I did it on demand at the range and got it at 1.2 seconds. I have over 10k more draw strokes since then, probably closer to 20k. I think I could draw and hip shoot in under 1 sec and confident I could probably present to full extension sub 1 sec also.

My "how fast can you draw to the first shot" criteria is fairly realistic. I give NJC a hard time (and have done so with others in the past) because I can draw a LOT faster than I can accurately hit something, and most other folks can as well.
A long time ago, my buddies and I were shooting together regularly (I miss those days!). We arbitrarily decided that for any draw time to count for the record or bragging rights (Razz still holds that record, BTW), it had to be from seven yards (or more), it had to be to full extension with a two-handed shooting grip, and the shot must hit the A or C zone of a USPSA target.
Now, to be ultimately fair and not post unrealistic times, I won't post a shot time unless I meet all of the above criteria AND be able to reproduce the results at least eight out of ten times. Never mistake your record time for your "on demand" time. They will be different, I promise.
another hundred....
I'm going to just start saying "Ditto" like Swayse in Ghost !

You'll be the first person I know to wear a gun out from the outside in.

I went out to the range today and easily dropped 100 draws. Draw dry fire 5:1 for live runs. I wasn't having the best day out there today. I'd have an epic run and then go to hell the next one. Inconsistency gives me a headache, so I called it after about 100 rounds if that.
I think I am going out there tomorrow afternoon assuming the repair guy shows up on time in the morning.
Going to do a little bit of pistol say 100 rounds and about the same rifle.
