    I'd say keeping the single shot bolt target guns out would go farther to limit the playing field than mag limits.

    I've got a magazine fed bolt action target gun. But the magazine holds ten rounds, just like the standard magazine for the Ruger 10-22.

    Keep those out too?

    I think 10 rounds is reasonable but one round is kinnda low.

    A 10 round max limit per magazine should accommodate most folks.
