Hard to say on peniletration. These pins were shot to shit before I cut em but I don't think the bullet penetrated. They did however cartwheel at 50 with no problems. I have an idea. I probably won't have a chance to sight at 200 here since it's fairly dark when I get home and would have to go to the neighbors to sight in a 200 and he's surrounded by trees. However I'm always early for the pin match. All I ask is you let me adjust my scope at Talon prior to the shoot and I'm good to go.Jim, you missed the following weeks discussion.
The attempt was to make it more inclusive. You know some of the old farts shake like a leaf (including me).
It was my personal thought that the time lost moving rests, restabilizing gyroscopes, from pin top to pin top would more than likely offset any advantage in using them to compete against a shooter who chose an unsupported standing position (or the like).
But - and I really mean this - it don't matter to me if I personally like the match or not. This is all about you guys. Like I said earlier; you guys workout an alternative complete plan and I'll run it that way.

Het Tack if you don't mind and you do show, would you bring an extra 15-22 mag? I was running some movement cover drills with my neighbor and a round hung up in the mag and I just pryed it out and drove on. I think I may have screwed up the feed lips cause I've had a few failure to feeds since then where the bolt bent the brass in two and I've never had jams in that rifle. I'll try to pick up one locally but if I can't I don't want to lose due to a shitty mag.
