I usually eat lunch about 3:00-4:00 PM, so . . . .
Being on this side of town, more or less, I'm pretty sure I can be flexible and show up whenever is most convenient for everyone.

Better reserve a big table. That place seems to be packed pretty tight around noon.
Take the low end of the estimated "In's", half it, get a table for that many. You'll be dead on the number of attendees.
