I have a grill/smoker on wheels that can be at the arena.
If anybody is good at grilling, I'll get a ham, roast or brisket if you do the honor of grilling.
I'm thinking of cooking a pot of tripe and lima beans or liver and lites over rice. Sampling will be mandatory!

I grilled at Rail Driver's get together. So I'll let someone else pick this one up. But, I will bring some dogs and buns.
Wife and I should be there. I'll see if I can't talk her into whipping up some corn casserole.
