Somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong. Trying to upload pics but when I do so it tells me that my jpg's are not a recognized photo file.

Thanks. Tried every way I know how and some I was just guessing about.Same response.
I switched servers not too long ago, so I may have missed some supporting software on it. I'll give things a test when I get some free time to see what I may have missed.
Okay, there were a few things going on, but I think I got attachments working again.
