Site moved to new server

The old server was getting pretty long in the tooth and the OS has been end-of-life for a bit now. I've migrated the forum to a new host, but there's likely to be a few hiccoughs as the kinks get worked out.

Since Country-based IP blocking wasn't working anymore on the old system (deprecated application) I've kinda upgraded how things roll. I've got IP blocking going again, so only US based IP's are able to access the site. I'm also starting to go through blocking bots on the forum as well (which only works if the bots play nice).
