Collectable 38 Special - plastic case ammo

Selling a full box of 38 Special ammo that is a bit different and somewhat rare. Made in the 1990's I think this case has a metal head, plastic sleeve and a stepped 38 caliber bullet. The idea was that with this special bullet, these could be reloaded without a press. I saw an individual round sell for over $3.50 at auction and a full box is even rarer. Head is stamped 38 SPL MTS $100 firm.
