    22 LR slide for 1911 conversions

    Got this in a box of stuff and have no need for it. Marked German Sport Guns American Tactical GSG 1911 . Made in Germany. I installed it on a 1911 and it seems to function as it should. There is some wear on the high spots as seen in the pictures but not rusted or gummed up. There are no mags with it but should use the same mags as other 1911 conversions. This looks just like my Sig 22 1911. Sell for $50 or trade for range ammo

    Was the 1911 you tried it on a series 70 (or earlier) or series 80, and did the testing involve firing a round? Thanks!
