    Either powered, or hand held..can't overcut with this.. A couple twists..chuck in drill or screwdriver.. Only needs a low rpm..

    But.. Dillon swedge are a fine tool as well.. And fast. But mixed brass may need to have the internal rod adjusted that presses on the case web.. No biggie..
