The peaceable part of mankind will be continually overrun by the vile and abandoned while they neglect the means of self-defense. The supposed quietude of a good man allures the ruffian; while on the other hand, arms like laws discourage and keep the invader and the plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world, as well as property.

BTW: One was like new and included the key to lock the combination dial. The other had been used as an extremely heavy football, and came with no key... but other than that, it is totally functional. I like the push-button combination ones better, but they are a pain in the arse when the battery dies. I never can remember how to get into the battery compartment to put a new battery in.

I want a Mosler safe, but I’ll use what I have until I get rich.

I'll get a pic and send it to you tomorrow of an OLD safe for you. Need a bigger tractor to load it though - tried the front end loader and the ass end of the tractor came up off the ground.

Friend of mine put a Mosler in his house when he built it. I did a slab design for him so his floor wouldn’t get fucked up by the load. They tried to put it in place with the crane they were using to set the trusses and messed up the boom - that ain’t easy to do. Send the pic ... I know people with lifting equipment.

It usually takes a rigging company to move a safe that heavy. I hired a local moving company to move one , they sent four big guys and it hurt their feelings to admit they couldn’t move it. I had to hire a out of town riggin company to handle the job.
