    I set mine up with about 6 cases or so to set the timing.
    I have noticed some brass shows more discolation, but from what ihave read the coloring of the brass is a by product.
    Some things I have seen are stress relief happens around 725-750 degrees,
    Other things I have read is looking at the flame, keep it blue just below where the orange comes off the case mouth.
    I have read that diffrences in cleaning techniques has an effect on time in the flame.
    Wet pin cleaning time is diffrent than dry media cleaning.
