[04/08/2016 03:05]: Currently, a national database used to complete background checks is non-responsive at this time. This willcause a delay in processing a transaction. We currently do not have an ETA at this time, but are continuing to monitor the system to process all transactions as quickly as we are able. Thank you for your continued patience.
