I have a short bed truck full it really depends on how big it is going to get, in my wood stove this is enough wood for a couple of weeks in my 42" fire ring a long night... bigger than that ?????????????

I also threw in a good stick of fat wood to help get all this wet wood going.

I had intended on absconding with as much of C/H's German chocolate cake as I could carry but someone beat me to it....that shit was AWESOME.

Everything was great (except, as you may have heard, I didn't have a great practice session beforehand)! Food, company, conversation, ect. It was the best party I'd been to in a long time!

Almost everyone I talked to last night also commented on the diversity of the group, which seems funny because an outsider would tend to lump us together as a bunch of gun toting rednecks. SHTW said she was surprised at the education/intelligence level of the group........... then she met Ike and the law of averages kicked in :headslap:

JD, Is the fire still going?

Tack threw right at a 1/2 cord of fat lighter on it during the course of the night. At least he keep a fire going and us warm!

It was. This morning all it took to get it up and going again was a little bit of cardboard - which it lit itself.

I thought we might have been a little light on wood, but it seemed to work out just about right.
