Yea, powder supplies are still a bit iffy.
powder valley just got some hogdon and Accurate, but it won't last long.
I saw 4895 and 4064 at Kevins in Tallahassee today. The 4064 is pretty much the same as 4895
The burn rates are very close... look at IMR's burn rate chart. They are both billed as versatile powders with a wide range of applications. Of course specific load data should be consulted for specific loads.
Both have an established history with .308 loads.
