I actually got to use mine this weekend....the bag of sugar at the URL had hardened in to a giant rock....I used it to scrape enough sugar for my coffee.

6x8 ar500 side plates are 2.5lbs ea.

Carriers seem to be 2 to 3 lbs. With carrier you are look at closer to 23lbs.

Back plates are for chumps...I learned in Blackhawk Down that I can plan not to get shot in the back...
