With the Woodchuck girls, I'm playin the odds
No more staycations for me. Too expensive.
Worked on car (replaced rotors and brakes) and the act of lifting the car was the last straw for my driver side shocks.
It just added onto something we are kinda waiting to fail (clutch plate) and it suddenly became that we'd be spending more on the repair than the value of the car.
I know a guy that will hook you up with a high end European ca------- uh uh never mind .
Anyone in today?
In. I'll likely be bringing along TalToz.

I think I'm going to Will Dance's Meatloaf Thursday at Millers Ale House on the parkway. He had Charlie Strickland on the radio this morning. Good interview.

And?
Since you like places with limited seating and even more limited parking, you could switch to Dog Et Al.
In.
I may as well. I need to fill up a couple of Jerry cans and that is good a place as any.
Hey Greg, since you'll be off from work, you should come out and have lunch.
Out I'll be working for probably the next 36 hours.
I'll try. We're in a holding pattern waiting for the effects if any of the weather.
They still haven't actually told us we can leave at noon.
Pshaw. Formalities.
Well, there went the official e-mail.
Anyone in?
Yup.

i'm out
I'm on my way.
Ok, that's a lie. I picked up a bolt in a tire on the way home from a EOC shift and had to get the tire replaced at lunch. I'd rather have spent $12 on lunch than $240 on a tire.
That's a hell of a tire... Or maybe I'm just a cheapo.
They are proud of tires in general. Price a set of F1 eagles and you'll understand why folks leave the traction control turned on.
Practically everything is overpriced or poor quality these days.
I can damned near tire the entire corolla for that price, but I can also understand the reason for a tire that bears a much heavier load to cost more. Lil ol toyota don't eat much for tires.
A good 16" tire cost $200 a piece minimum. I bought a cheaper set last time around. My braking distance almost doubled and I could feel my load when going around turns. I replaced them last month with good tires and they still had plenty of tread left. Back to stopping quickly and no more cornering issues. It's just not worth it to run cheap tires.
Late today. Will be around 12:15.
