Wow, another successful shit show. Thank you to all who came.
Food was delicious. It is nice to put faces with the screen names.

12 ounce orange juice. 6 ounces white wine. 20 splashes of soy sauce. 4 ounces blueberry syrup. 3 ounces of rib rub seasoning. Pepper. Boil and inject
Pour a guineas stout in roaster.rib rub over the top. FAT LAYER ON TOP. 2 HOURS AT 200. 2 HOURS AT 300. DRAIN ALL BUT 1INCH OF JUICE. COOK UNCOVERED AT 400 TIL TENDER
