Unfortunately nothing that exciting. Leaned in the passenger side of the car Tuesday morning to start it and my back blew out.

Bulged disk and L4 slipped sideways and twisted slightly.


Haven't been able to stand up straight for 2 days now...

Sucks.

Hope it gets better on its own and soon, man. Backs can be a mutha.
