I was going to attend, today, and am really sorry I couldn't squeeze it in. Went to an agency rules workshop at 10:00 that the lawyers assured me would last 30 minutes; an hour and 40 minutes later, we were done. I think those guys bill by the word.

If you had made it, you WOULD have to have been squeezed in. We were already one seat short. 14 in total showed up.

Wait till they publish the proposed rules and you have to challenge them in DOAH. $100K+ I have a great Administrative Procedures Attorney I can recommend.
