If I were going to buy a Lee Progressive, I would buy a loadmaster.
(and I did).
It works wonderfully for handgun rounds. Rifle rounds are a little harder because the case feeder just doesn't do a good job without some mods.
Lee is a budget model, and you will tinker with it a bit more than a higher end. However, now that I've got it properly setup, cranking 1000 rounds of 9mm isn't any different with it than any other machine.
What's the difference between 1000 and the loadmasters?
I would always go Dillon with reloading equipment. The quality can't be beaten and their customer service is off the chart.

5 stations vs 3. The load master is a much stronger platform.
I have a Dillon 650XL I've been using for about 14 years now. Running strong and it has more rounds made on it than I can easily think of! I've worn out two guns with that press, if that's any indication. Solid as rocks.
You get what you pay for. This is especially true when you are talking about reloading presses.
