It makes total sense for primers packed in bulk to have to be shipped as Hazardous. It however makes no sense at all the primers in trays have to be shipped as Hazardous, the trays are supposed to be test that one primer going off will not set the others off, or so I am told.
If it gets UPS to handle those packages a little more carefully, I’m ok with the extra 20 bucks.Quote:
