Or for the front for that matter.....in theory "curved" sounds more comfy but the plate is 12x10 inches...
My torso is more like 18x24, so what is it curving around? I am thinking flat would be just as comfortable. Jafar, AB, what say you plate experts?
Without the curve, I can imagine that going prone would hurt like a mother.
