    AJAX thread updates

For the computer geeks: I've enabled a plugin that will allow each thread to get AJAX updates for new thread responses. Neat!

For the unwashed: I've added functionality to the forum that will automatically add new responses in a thread to your screen. Say iCarry posts something "smart" and we're all baffled and surprised by it, and sit there stunned while we try to come up with a response. Well, during that time that you're sitting there and staring at the thread in disbelief, someone else was able to pull a response out of their behinds and posts it. Before, you would have to reload the page manually to get the update. Now it's done automagically without interfering with any response you may be in the middle of trying to type. Usually, you won't notice that anything's changed, but sometimes when threads are REALLY active, it's a nice way to keep up with what's going on in the thread while you respond to it.

Honestly, you don't have to do anything. It should just work.

It auto-checks for updates every 5 seconds.

Note, that this is only for while you're in a thread. It has not changed anything about the thread list.

So no way to make this work on the "what new" section?

I didn't see that functionality available in the plugin I installed.
