These were bought by the Indiana State Police in 2012, put into service in 2013, and used for around 6 months. These are basically new guns.
They come with:
Night Sights
2 - 13 round magazines
Some sort of glock box, could be a blueline tupperware or regular black box.
They may or may not have Indiana State Police markings on them.
$ 499.50 Cash, out the door.
That works out to:

$ 34.50 for sales tax

I would say it's high for a used 21. Still cheaper than new, but I typically buy used glocks for $350 or so, Glock 19s, 22s and 23s
Are folks really paying over $500 for new Glocks ???
Keep the group buys going though..especially if you come across any H&K deals. Couls also use a CR123 group buy or maybe a Surefire Mag (90 round) or Magpul PMag buy ? I hear in bulk they are around $8
