Ever Seen One of Those . . .

. . . projectors that put various - and VARIABLE - real life scenarios up in front of you using "live actors" and you make shoot or no shoot decisions? If you decide to shoot you take your laser equipped pistol and plug the bad guy (theoretically anyway) and your hits . . . . or misses . . . are tracked?

Take a wild guess who will be setting one up and integrating it as a training tool in the next couple of weeks.

    . . . . . no, not Dairy Queen. Talon Training !!!!
I'd rather be lucky than good, but I'd rather KNOW I'm good than HOPE to get lucky.

We have a 300 degree simulator at the tech college in Thomasville. They are in the process of setting it back up since their renovation, then I get to train to run it for my firearms classes. In addition to video scenarios, it has a virtual range program for target shooting. Pretty cool stuff.

I came here to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all outta gum.
When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it--always.
