    The poly beads at the store locally were $7 for a 2 lb. bag making them $3.50 per lb. I paid just over $1 per lb. including shipping by buying bulk over the internet.

    If I can step up my game some, I might make a few to sell on the cheap...

    I was picturing in my head those little Styrofoam BB's like used to be in bean bag chairs and stuffed animals.......and your carpet if you owned either of the aforementioned items. I think you would need a truck load of them to weigh anything.
