Upcoming event at Talon - Date unknown

I'm guessing y'all probably want to do this on a weekend - huh.


Must suck to have to go to work not on a 'chootin range every day during the week.




Anyway . . . . I'm pretty dang sure I can arrange a range or two on the weekend, but definitely not all 16 . . or 17, whatever it is we have. :-[




So . . . can I safely assume a (large) pistol bay and a 100/200 yard rifle range? The 400 yard rifle still has no access road. The friggin thing keeps sinking in the swamp. >

I know rail_driver has something planned this month, and jmoorewar is looking at something in nov/dec.....

so when between now and EOY works for everyone.

If this is going to be the first officially OFFICIAL CCGF event it should have a decent turnout....

Mudbug, I am interested but will need to check my calendar further (will let you know). However, one question: How are Shooter Orientation/Fees going to work for such an event? I live so far from Talon that an annual membership is just not practical for me at this time. I have no problem doing the Shooter Orientation or paying the daily guest fee, but just wanted to check... Thanks.

We need a rough idea of when and how many BEFORE he talks to anyone.

Personally I would like to see something in late september/early october. Give me some potential dates guys....
