The next group buy, for reloaders.

To celebrate us becoming a dealer with Black Hills Shooters Supply (thanks Rumbler for turning me on to them), we are going to be putting together an order.

Powder. Primers. Bullets. Brass. Yeah, all that good stuff.

This will not be a quick process, many powders are back ordered and may take a month to come 'in stock'.

To get this party started, look at their site.

    http://www.bhshooters.com/index.htm

Across the top of the page under the company name are links for pistol bullets, rifle bullets, etc..

Look at what they stock, and tell me what you think you might want, and what kind of quantity you are looking for.

I know this is hard without prices, so I will post some examples. Prices below are without TAX and are Cash/Check prices. Shipping and haz mat is covered.

    Winchester Primers
    209 Primers. $224 for a case (5K, .0448 cents each)
SP Primers. $162 for a case (5K, .0324 cents each)

    Frontier Plated Bullets
    9mm 115gr $43 (500, .085 cents each)
    30 Cal 155gr Spitzer Flat Base W/C $75 (500, .15 cents each)
    223 55gr $38 (500, .077 cents each)

    Fired Range Pickup Brass.
(Processed = INSPECTED, DECAPPED, PRIMER POCKET REAMED, ULTRA HIGH POLISH ONPROCESSED BRASS. Not resized or trimmed)
    9mm $41 per 1k (add $23 per K for processed brass)
    40s&w $42 per 1k
    223 $58 Per 1k

When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it--always.

Some of my best loads were made with Frontier. Good pickup.

Are they part of Black Hills Ammo? I've used a bunch of BHA and it's on par with federal premium, but not the cost.

They are both in Rapids City SD, but Shooters Supply doesn't sell loaded ammo.

You prefer calling it .09 dollars vs .09 cents? I guess that is correct...

Please make that 8-pounds. I'll half it with FLT.

And yea, FLT and I both know A1680 is terribly scarce so this is going to take a while. Even direct from a distributor.
I'd rather be lucky than good, but I'd rather KNOW I'm good than HOPE to get lucky.
