When they are in stock I think I can order them, we get a modest discount from what they sell to the public for.
For example, M5 upper. $135 from AP, $128 from us.

No, it comparable to a AR-10. Where as you can build a budget AR-15 for $500, AR-10's are more like $900. Everything is just a little more.is an M5 comparable in build cost to an AR-15. or is there substantially more investment?
