DO NOT for one second think this a "safe" load for your handgun. You MUST backoff some and work back up. Your handgun MAY NOT handle this load. It could frikkin KILL YOU.

Clear enough? ;)

165gr Plated (Frontier metal company, South Africa) Round Nose Flat Point
8.2gr Hodgdon Longshot Powder
CCI Small Pistol Magnum Primers
1.125 C.O.A.L.

I chronographed this load at 1220 FPS out of a 4.7" barrel.

I was specifically asked to develop it.

Yep I'd use a Glock for that. No use taking a chance with a nice pistol. :chinscratch::mischievous::yup:

I would shoot it in my G35, but not in the Kahr.

Sorry guys, but right now I just don't feel comfortable sharing further information on the load or it's uses.

Besides, too many milkheads reading these posts that couldn't give a shit about learning.

I like learning. But I sure understand your fear.

Let me ask one question.. South African bullets?

Available through Black Hills Shooters Supply. They are a distributor, not a retailer.

So the 'average Joe' is (unfortunately) not eligible to buy from them.

But if for some reason 'gator snot' bullets were unavailable, these are the next in line (in my opinion) for price and performance.
