Hey all. Looks like our hosting service is having some performance issues this morning. I'm trying to get onto their website to log a ticket, but it's struggling as well. I'm guessing they're having some data center issues. If I hear anything, I'll be sure to keep you guys in the loop.

Well, it looks like things are a bit snappier now. Got the ticket submitted so I guess I'll sit on my hands until I know what was going on.

Why are you logging in every time?

Check that little "remember me" box next time you log in and see if that helps.

Dale is trying to help you in the other thread. I'm certainly not your guy for this. A restart and trying a different browser as a fix for everything computer related is where I run out of ideas.

I believe Johnny doesn't really want it to be fixed. He just wants to bitch about it. If he wanted it fixed, he'd read more than the first 10 words of a post trying to help him out.

It seems like you have been here in the same position before, and made the trouble chart..
Brilliant, but how do you get out of the unending " you poor bastard" loop?

In IT, there is now way out of the "You Poor Bastard" loop. Ever.

In any case, I got an answer from our hosting provider. The folks at the datacenter were reworking the network and assured their customers that it wouldn't disrupt service. Well, it did and folks noticed, so our hosting provider told the Network Operations Center to cut that shit out and be more careful.

Honestly, for what we pay per month for this host, they give phenomenal service.
