a good use for 40 cal brass...making jacketed 45

Thought this was interesting...
Using 40 cal brass for jackets on 45....
308, 243 dies are used to swedge the brass and a sizing die to finish...

I believe it would be easier to cast and or powdercoat though. Impressive expansion on the jacket though..
