and water is even worse. that's WITHOUT the complication of hp nose cavities becoming "plugged" with clothing debris, too. you need at least 1000 fps of IMPACT velocity for the .45jhp to expand reliably (ie, only plus P 165 gr versions work properly) and over 1300 fps for the 9mm. (ie, only 100 grs and lighter variants work reliably in flesh) I don't care what happens in jello
