What SHOULD have been a simple patch (I've done quite a few before) ended up being not so simple.
Logs were pretty much useless. I happened upon a support post stating they were missing some software. Installed the software and it started working again.
Gotta love those random, poorly documented changes to software that can make an admin's life difficult.
Meh.
