So during the great scare a few years ago, I picked up 6K small pistol magnum primers.

Any really good application for these? Was thinking I would just drop my load a little and use em for regular loads, but rethinking that. Especially since everything I easier to get now.
The only caliber I reload for that seems to need them is some 357 magnum loadings.

Or just load some 9mm and see what happens.

The cliffnotes version is
The small pistol magnum=the small rifle.
CCI are that way Others may be as well.
The 3 links are worth a read.

I've used them in place of non-magnum. Some autos supposedly do not like them, but I saw no problem and not much FPS difference between them and non-magnum.

Well shit, can’t believe I asked the same damn question two years running. Almost to the day.

Guess they will be rebranded as small rifle now. Maybe I can remember this time. Guess I ain’t gotta buy any rifle for a while.

I "park" stuff I come across here, so I can find it later.

Rumbler's house is hard to search with all the clutter.
It helps to know what shoebox to rifle through.

Guess I ain’t gotta buy any rifle for a while. :goodjob:
I'd Load them in pistol as well, If I was running warm/hot loads I'd drop the charge a little and work up. If low end target loads I'd probably just check through the chrono though.
