M5 is 308.

The AeroPrecision M4 Lowers I didn't list. They start at $84 out the door. As for the differences, they are $35 to $40 more, have a slightly more flared magwell and a screw under the PG to allow you to adjust the tension with the upper.

No, it comparable to a AR-10. Where as you can build a budget AR-15 for $500, AR-10's are more like $900. Everything is just a little more.
