mounting a small tool to the bench, simple right?

Well a 8" long guage should be simple to mount to the bench. Turns out to be involved, got to mount 2 other tools to the bench first, then rebuild/recondition a press, and mount it. So It took up 3' of space on the 2 nd bench.
